Why people do hate Windows 8?
Well... it's because of many reasons: The Metro GUI (graphical user interface) is really poor and not fun, It has a lot of incompatibility problems, There are softwares that are not even work on Windows 8, and many others.
Personally, I said... "man, I cannot express myself about Windows 8 without even trying it." So, one day, I chose to give it a shot. The day #1 was... pretty exciting: I found that Metro Start laucher kind of fun, and smooth... but that was smooth because of it didn't had a lot of apps installed. The day #2, well... I said to myself "I should install an antivirus..." aaaaand here we go! I had a lot to search, to dig until I found an antivirus that is compatible with Windows 8. I installed Bitdefender... After installing the antivirus... OMG! the whole system begun to work slower and slower... And I said... "maaan! this antivirus is shitty", so I uninstalled it.
Surprisingly, the system wouldn't work faster, even after uninstalling the antivirus.... I tried a lot of antiviruses one lighter than the other... but... no result. I was pretty angry... and I tried the most stupid and lightest antivirus ever: "Microsoft Security Essentials". After installing this one, the system begun to work better (not like in day #1, but better). Ok... It seems that I solve it somehow... Then I started to access the "Microsoft Store" app to find some free apps for Windows 8. There were very boring apps like "Angry Birds", "Calculator", bla bla bla... I think I enjoyed only 2 or 3 apps from the entire "store"(one was about editing photos and the other was a collection of jokes with Chuck Norris).
Ok... I said "it's on his start... maybe after a while, it will have more apps...". That was very true. But boring apps were coming, so I decided it's time to install a game, so I tried Age of Empires III. This game is a Microsoft product, so it was really funny if it would crash or be incompatible with Win8. It worked pretty well. But I tried to install other tipes of games, like Battlefield 3, and it didn't work... I had to right click on the app, select "Run in compatible mode for Windows 7". But that wasn't the problem... the problem was... after installing the Bf3, the "explorer.exe" begun to crash about every 8-10 minutes. I said... ok, I'll give up playing Bf3, it Win8 is running so bad while I have it installed. Guess what! It wasn't because of Bf3. That error saying "explorer.exe stopped working" wouldn't disappear forever... For the guys who don't know what this means, let me describe the situation: when explorer.exe is not working, all of the icons from the Desktop are gone, startup bar, the start menu is not even lauching... In this situation, you have to use combinations like: Ctrl+Shift+Esc to launch "Task manager", or Alt+Ctrl+Del, then start a new task, then type in that box "explorer.exe" and then press Enter. This whole thing is eye scratching, when you have to do it not once, not twice, but every 8-10 minutes. Add that Metro Start begun to look boring after a few days...

The PC that I use to test this Win8 Ultimate it has:- Intel core i5-first generation 2.26 GHz, 3MB L3 cache.
- 4 GB of RAM
- 320 GB HDD memory
- Nvidia GeForce GT 320M 1024 MB VRAM (CUDA)
NOTE!
From the entire Microsoft history, there were created a good windows, then a bad one, then a good one, than a bad one: just think of windows 95 (it was awesome), then windows 98 it was a rubbish, then win XP I still use it sometimes... because I like it, and a lot of people really loved it, then Win Vista... another piece of crap, then Windows 7 = another masterpiece of Microsoft Company, and finally... this shitty windows 8, buggy as damn. Let's hope that next windows will surprise us in a good way (I'm not talking about windows 8.1, because that is another version of win 8).
